Harry Hu graduated in May 2023 from Franklin High School, ranking in the top 10 of his class. During his high school years, he co-founded the Elk Grove Unified School District’s first Speech and Debate team and served as Vice President for all four years. Harry excelled in various business competitions, founded and presided over the Entrepreneurship Club at Franklin High School, and held the position of Senior Class Treasurer in the associated student body. He was also a varsity tennis player for all four years, serving as captain for two.
Harry’s strong foundation in leadership and business knowledge propels him to the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) in the fall, where he will major in Business Economics.
Marco Huang graduated from Cosumnes Oaks High School this past May. A notable activity Marco has participated in was the 400-member Medical Pathway, in which he served as the president for two years and tours coordinator for one. Marco also participated in volunteering and tutoring clubs such as NHS, CSF, and the Wolfpack AP enthusiasts club. Marco has enrolled into UC Berkeley’s School of Engineering as a bioengineering major. He hopes to study the concentrations of cell and tissue engineering as well as medical devices. Marco is inspired to find solutions to the many diseases we have faced as a society today.
Jason Huang graduated from Franklin High School in 2023, after taking too many AP classes. As a long-time participant in the CyberPatriot National Youth Cyber Defense Competition, Jason led his team, “Half Dome,” to consecutive second place finishes out of a total of over 5000 high school teams nationwide. Outside of CyberPatriot, Jason had unique interests, such as becoming a President of Mathletes after participating for 4 years, and playing tennis on Franklin’s tennis team alongside half of his Computer Science classmates. Jason is studying Computer Science and Engineering at UC Davis.
