The mission of the Elk Grove Chinese Association (EGCA) is to foster a community for the local Chinese Americans
• To promote friendship, communication, community service and involvement, and Chinese Culture;
• To safeguard Chinese American interests;
• To educate next generations about our heritage.
EGCA has recently established the EGCA Leadership Platform program to provide EGCA family’s youth with the opportunity to develop leadership skill.
The Elk Grove Chinese Association provides a place for members who like to play basketball to gather, practice, and showoff their skills.
EGCA 20th Children Talent Show will be on Saturday, January 11th, 2020 from 2:30 to 5:00 at Elliott Ranch Elementary School Multipurpose Room. Annual dinner will be hosted on the same night as well with performances.
The Elk Grove Chinese Association is scheduled to hold a Fall Tennis Competition on October 20, 2019.
ASM Cooper is working with the 49ers to host a free football camp next Saturday 9/14/19 at Luther Burbank High School at 10am. Students ages 7 to 14 will have an opportunity to interact with 49ers alumni, learn football skills/drills, and get 49ers tees.
With the establishment of the Yo-Yo club, the EGCA council wishes to continue supporting the forming of children led activities clubs.
Sacramento County Voter Registration and Elections is seeking bilingual Election Officers and Student Poll Workers to assist them at Vote Centers for the upcoming elections!
Elk Grove Chinese Association will host the “College Path” Forum on Friday, May 24, 2019 at 7:30pm. Location will be at the multi-purpose room of Elliot Ranch Elementary School.
